In the last 2 weeks I have emailed 3 custom call makers asking questions about their products. Cramers custom calls returned my email immediately. The other 2 have never replied and one was over two weeks ago. I did not necessarily expect a same day response but I did expect a response. I am a little torn now on whether to order from them.

Not making excuses for anyone but a lot of the call makers are busy cranking out calls this time of year, filling orders and getting some ready to take to the convention. In the same token I agree a simple phone call back is appropriate.
I'll also say that calling may be a better alternate to emailing. A lot of these guys much rather chat on the phone. And it is the busiest time of year for them. Hopefully you'll hear from them soon.
x3 On the phone call. Depending on who? you sent emails to, some of the call makers are going great guns to get calls made and get ready for the Nashville show. Give them untill after the 18th....
I have never had a problem getting in touch with tommy at tom teasers. Always very helpful and very quick with getting orders out.
