Just went to YouTube and checked out all the videos on the newest Gobble calls. Haint, Hale Fire, and Thunder Gobble. The Flextone and Hale Fire sounded best up close, but they had no audio in the woods at a distance. Only Haint calls were done in woods. I was not so impressed with Haint in the woods audio.
Has anyone had experience with the Flextone Thunder Gobble?
I have used them. But not really that impressed. You can get the same sound by using a regular diaphragm call. Youtube "how to gobble on a mouth call" and start there. It will save you some money. And allow you to be quicker instead of having to pull out a gobble tube when you have a long beard in front of you. You can also do it on a regular tube call. Good luck!
I bought all three and the Haint sounds best to me. I haven't put enough time in to become really good on any of them though.
