Wanted to make a trumpet to go with the 1952 Chevy truck I did, for one of the upcoming BINGOS here on OG. So I made one out of Ivory colored cast acrylic, with a transparent Fall Orange Cast mouthpiece and a "spare tire" lipstop. This is one of my Shorty series since it measures out at 7 - 1/2" long. She sounds great and matches the truck perfectly for a pair that should not be separated..... the trumpet is numbered " '52 special" signed and dated on the brass ferule.....now I have to make a box for the both of them....? you think?
