Loads of fun! The crossbow was my husband's idea after a car accident sidelined me for about 4 years. I've gotten a 10 pt buck and a brute of a Tom last spring... I just love hunting with it!
The magazine is great. It is a quality publication--we've had some record book animals on the cover recently. The guys on staff are wicked smart and they know their crossbows and the equipment and accessories that work. The website also has a forum and there is
tons of technical and general information out there. If you stop by the forum, say Hi! My screen name is the same over there. www.crossbowmagazine.com
Kansas is known for it's monster bucks. I wish you a successful season with your new crossbow! I just submitted an article detailing my first ever Spring Gobbler hunt--with my crossbow. So who knows, you might get to see me in your first issue.
Congratulations!
You have an opportunity to really help the magazine out with that position.
Do 'em proud! :icon_thumright:
