Title: Suggestions for 16 ga Lead

Any Input for using lead in the 16ga?

High Brass # 5s?

With a 16 Gauge and Lead, I'd use 1.125 Ounce #7.5's unless I could find some 1.25 Ounce #7.5's.  You need the pellet numbers, I would imagine.

I shoot the federal 16 gauge, 1 1/8oz, 6 shot.  It's hi-brass and comes out at 1295 fps.  Up to 25 yards I've got a killing pattern out of a full choked barrel.  If they ever made some 16 gauge shells with the FCW then I'd be pretty excited.

I use the Federal® Wing-Shok™ Magnum in 1¼oz of #4 & 6Pb..........

Remington express long range #6 patterned the best for me, out of a model 12 16 gauge with a full barrel. It was right around 100 pellets at 35 yards in a 10in circle.
