On Barrett Jackson Scotsdale the original Bat Mobile just sold for 4.2 million Dollars...HOLY COW BATMAN .... George Barris was there and the winning bidder flipped a quarter with another bidder for the final bid....

That skyliner hardtop killed my fantasy bid for the evening..I way underbid it and got no points.

My wife likes to watch those car auctions, but, for myself, once it gets past the point of the $40,000 or so cars, I kind of lose interest. I can't relate to anyone having enough money to spend 4 million for any vehicle, and if they do, I still just can't see the point. Of course, I don't have a collector bone in my body. If I can't actually use something, it really isn't of much value to me.
