For those of you who shoot this combination, which brand and size choke tube have you found that throws the best pattern???
Bump
I shoot an 11-87 with an Indian creek choke and Hevi-13 #7's. It throws an awesome pattern but every gun is different, so in my opinion, you'll have to try a couple brands and see what your gun likes. I think IC is a good starting point though :)

Gauge?
Trulock makes a choke specifically for that shell I just got mine waiting on next warm day to try it out :z-guntootsmiley:
I would start with the new Trulock choke they specifically designed for that load. While I have not personally shot that combo, I have seen some fantastic patterns with it. I am also very interested in the same load in a 3.5" version.
Last spring I bought one of the TruLock chokes that was made for the fed heviweight #7 shot. Out of my 11-87 with a 21" pipe I was getting 150ish all day in a 10" circle at 40 yds
I have shot quite a few chokes trying to get a good combo with the fed heviweights, the trueLock choke has done the best for me, and at 1300 fps they are the real deal.
^ Fullfan is the one who put me on the trulock choke!
Those federals are a awesome shell , all you have to do is find the magic choke
The pellets in #7 blow right through 1/2 ply at 40 yards - its some hard hitting stuff , it will definitely snap any turkey neck

Is that with the 3 inch shell??
Try the unported TruLock Precision Hunter in .650 with Federal Heavyweight #7's. I think you'll be impressed.
