Here is the first tree yelper I have made this year. It is built from black walnut from Missouri , padauk and Ipe that Scott Witter shared with me . The ipe was salvaged from the Coney Island Boardwalk. These calls are built for calling to roosted birds . They create soft , whiney yelps , clucks and purrs that are deadly on roosted toms in the spring. Thanks for looking !
