Title: Cantilever Base

Anyone here use the cantilever base that mounts on the rib and extends back over the receiver?. I think its a B Square.

Ive got one from Sun optics on order, should be here today and i'll let yoyu know what i think.  the B Square one got good reviews but it is discontinued.  if you want a real study one  follw the link below.  only reason i didnt by another on is they dont make one that would fit my stoeger.

I ordered one of the b square ones yesterday through Manventures.  They said they had 10 available and I also found them on ebay.

I tried sun optics it would not stay tight . I was shooting 3.5 mag blends they kick pretty good.

I would be very interested in hearing your reviews on both the Sun and the B Square. They look the same to me. If you don't mind me asking what did you pay for these. Amazon has them for around 39-to 40.

The one I ordered from b square will be here this week and I will let you know what it does. I have not read anything bad about them so far and all the reviews have been good but we will see.

I got the b square mount in today and I must say I am really pleased with it. The 2 plates that go under the rib and hold the mount down are solid and the set screws that screw into the rib make it that much more sturdy. The mount extends pack to about the back of the chamber. overall I am very impressed with the design of the mount and how light it is
