They go on sale randomly. It is not something scheduled. I would guess there will be a sale before season, but that is just a guess.

Here is an alternate turkey chair that you may want to look at. It is the Alps Mountaineering Turkey Chair. I brought two of them about a month ago and they are top quality, well built and very comfortable. Wholesale Hunter has them for $29.22. The alps chair is not as good in Roth rocky and uneven ground conditions as cabelas chair! It is also not as low profile.
you sound like me CHEAP in some ways anyhow i got mine late summer .2010 love it... i assume you want to use it this year
so you may have to put out a few more dollars thats one draw back to being thrifty sometimes you have to wait its got me more than a few times
