Title: Jatoba and Black Limba
Post by: TRKYHTR on December 19, 2012, 05:16:30 PM
This is a Black Limba box with a Jatoba lid and walnut bottom, with padauk inlays. This call is going to make a wonderful Christmas present.

That is a pretty call. Nice wood combination. I just turned some Jatoba last night; It is also called Brazilian Cherry. The wood is very hard and dense and looks a great deal like American Cherry. The wood is very heavy to pickup. I watched your youtube video, the call sounds very good. Thanks for posting.
