Nice looking calls Joe :icon_thumright:
Havn't ventured into turning corian pots yet but that is my next endeavor. I had a few questions if you would not mind sharing some info. 1) does it turn relatively the same as wood? easy to turn?
2) did you use the same saws and drill bits on it as you do for wood? 3) what type of glue did you use to glue the 1/2" pieces together (if you did so)? and 4) did you use the same type of glue to put the sound board and slate on as you do on wood calls? Thanks for any help
1) It does not turn as easily as wood. It has a tendency to chip when you get thin.
2) I do use the same tools as I do wood but it dulls the tools quickly.
3)I use a thick CA glue for the Corian to Corian joints.
4) I use goop for the Corian to soundboard and Corian to surface.
Hope that helps. If I can help just shoot me a message.
