Nice fish.. I have on 17 mounted and the buddy caught one 19 behind my house last year.. Anything 14+ is a stud

NO I KEPT IT ALONG WITH 5 OTHERS. ME & MY WIFE LOVE TROUT  !!

HERE IN VA. A 10" NATIVE TROUT IS CONSIDERED A TROPHY. IMO THESE TROUT TASTE A LOT BETTER THAN THE STOCKED TROUT.  :newmascot:

Never fish no stocked trout.. Them 7-10s are fine eating for sure

That is a beauty. They are a good eating fish as well. I have consumed hundreds of those little buggers. Roll them in some seasoned flour and fry them in butter. My mouth is watering..Well done..Va... :icon_thumright:

Love eating them brookies. Definitely gonna catch a mess of them while turkey hunting in May and have them with some fresh morels for diner.

Very Nice man congrats.. nothing like a mountain stream and Brookies to ease the soul..

Here is the biggest one I ever caught in WV.. he was 13.5 inches and fat.. :)
