I haven't been on for awhile but this what I've been doin LOL. Archery season started here in Indiana and I've been settin in the stands. I've seen alot of deer(doe) but no bucks yet. I went the other morning in hope's of gettin alittle fresh freezer meat and got it done!! I hadn't been in the stand an hour and had seen 4 other does to my left, no shot on them. About 30 minutes later I looked to my right and here come this ole gal with 2 others. She turned broadside at 30yrds and I let the arrow eat! Shot placement was perfect, I took out the pump station. She ran about 30yrds and it was done. On a side note I have been turkey hunting with my bow but thats been tuff to say the least. The birds are there but none close enough for a arrow shot.
Good Luck, Crappiepro
nice deer, congrats.
That is good eating right there!!! Congrats on some fine shooting. Now go kill you another one!!!
Mmmmmmm.....that will make some good eats right there.
Good job. Any kill with a bow is a trophy in my book.
Congrats,,, Looks like jerky time :icon_thumright:
Congrats. Keep after those birds with your bow. Its a great feeling of accomplishment when you connect. Good luck.
Don't know if that's entry or exit we see on the left side (guessing entry from the story) but it's PERFECT nonetheless! Congrats!
Thanks guys! That is the entry hole, right behind the shoulder and low.
Those NAP ThunderHeads are a real nice shooting broadhead.
Congrats on the nanny! We had some of the best chili last week from my archery doe.
