Been pretty slow and then somebody posted up here about lanyards. I got a bunch of orders and I got some money to order a bunch of leather. Ive been tinkering with some more stuff to improve my lanyards. Ive been dying nylon to match my leather to make my drops that much stronger for these high dollar trumpets they will be supporting. I still do leather drops, but the nylon is so much stronger, I feel better about it. I got some orders for some other stuff besides my basic stuff, like two tone lanyards and combo trumpet/tube lanyards. Here is a table full.
For my friend Dave Smith, aka Gitzit69. he has made me two fine trumpets. i made him a lanyard for his trumpet. He sent me some walrus jaw that matches his mouth pieces on his trumpet. Hope you love it Dave.

Super nice work, and glad you noticed that the leather drops wear pretty quickly when hunting hard day in and day out. Nylon is a good answer. Keep up the great work.
i havent heard of one breaking yet, but I just feel better about the nylon. I can get 150 lb test drops vs leather. Just makes me more comfortable knowing some of the trumpets my lanyards are carrying.
nice!!
Like I said before nothing like a leather lanyard!! I have 2 and they are sweet!!

I've had one around my neck since you first built it. It's showing some signs of wear where the beads meet the knot. I like that idea of the nylon. That should solve all problems. It's about time for a couple more. Keep up the good work.

Cool let me know when you are ready. If something's happens, send it to me. I'll redo it with nylon.

Awesome work as usual Del. I was thinking, maybe a turkey tote?
Yeah, I got bored and wondered if i can make one. Takes about an hour and about 10 feet of cord.
Lookin good Del...which one is mine? The nylon droppers will be much better...I'll check on the cord for you this week.
