Title: Stippling a Turkey Gun
Post by: Old Gobbler on July 04, 2012, 10:52:25 AM
While surfing youtube I found this one particular stippling demo , I like this one guys method because the texture is more aggressive - only do this to firearms you wish to keep and not re-sell

I went ahead I did a 1187 pistol grip stock  I converted over for my sp10 by hand fitting and epoxy filing the gaps  - solid slip resistant feel- I might do it to all my poly shotguns - the procedure takes about 1 hour to do  , and all you need is a cheap soldering iron  - all I need is final sanding  and paint and my stock is done

I prefer the pistol grip because I shoot left and right handed while turkey hunting , and the drop down pistol allows we to balance the shot gun on my knee with your fingers while waiting for a gobbler to come in to range /calling

Shannon, did you finish your stock yet?  If so, show it off.
