Title: Mounted Poults?
Post by: Dr.Love on June 18, 2012, 09:48:30 PM
Had a buddy find some dead poults while cutting hay. I was able to get one in good shape. It looks to be a month old. Was thinking about getting it mounted. I have a bobcat mount and a bird is suppost to go in its paw. Just never found the right bird. This might be just what I have been waiting for. Anyone have any pictures of anything like this? Think it will be hard to get someone to mount it?
Thanks

Not exactly the same thing, but here is a pic of a grey fox and hen ruffed grouse I have.

Thanks for the info. Glad to know it can be done. Any tips for saving the bird in the freezer? How long will it last? When I get some extra cash I plan on getting it done. What part of GA are you in?
