To all of u that shoot 935 mossbergs with 24 inch barrel what choke are you all using.
THANKS.
One of my hunting partners is shooting that gun with a kicks gt .670 and getting some mean patterns with the Hevi #6 and #7.
Thats what i was wondering about a .670 Ive got a .690 jelly head in mine now.
Im gonna do more patterning with mine this year than last year to see what my potential is.
Really dont want to spend a bunch of money on chokes to see what works best but i guess if ya wanna play gotta pay. :icon_thumright:
I am shooting an IC out of mine with 1 3/4 oz hand loaded #7's hevi shot and getting in the mid 230-260 range..
The more I think about it, I may have a 22 in barrel, I will have to check.
670 to 680 and that gun should go 280 to 300. SumToy, IC, or Star Dot. will put you on spot.

My 935 has a 25" non-ported barrel and I have good success with the Hevi-13 turkey choke and the SSX with 3" Hevi-13 shotshells with 2 oz. of #6 shot.
Thanks,
Clark
My 935 really blended well with the Pure Gold .670. I have really even patterns with Hevi13 3.5" 2.25 oz of #6 shot. I tried several other brands and sizes but this one just matched the barrel and load best.
Thanks for the replies everybody.Hey clark ive been thinking bout purchasing the hevi shot choke tube its a .676 contriction this might tighten my pattern up a little. My pattern is ok but not what i think it should be according to other 935 mossberg users.I have all summer to get it right though. Thanks

The Hevi-13 choke has thrown some excellent patterns in my guns and those of my readers who've bought them. It works very well.
Thanks,
Clark
