I've downloaded a bunch of music from different sources in the past, limewire, bearshare, frostwire, and kaazaa. Ive also downloaded a bunch of viruses from them too. I get all my music from Itunes now. Its a safer, more reliable spot to do get your music from.

FWIW, Microsoft Security Essentials is a good, free app. Have used it at home now for a year or two and it works very well.

Well, it is free if you don't have a pirated copy of windows.
