Now that the 2012 season is winding down in Texas, I am thinking about trying to learn to use a tube call in the off-season. I know that the "Morgan" tube comes highly recommended but not sure how available that call is currently. Any others?
Here's a home-made tube that I use.

Mr. Barry makes a fine sounding tube call! Is also a great person to talk with. :icon_thumright:
Sure, the ones I make..
Lyle of Houndstooth Game Calls makes a great one as does pappy. Morgan's son is still making "the Morgan". I will have one soon.

Lyle & Pappy do indeed make some fine tubes as do several others on here. Lyles antler tubes are really sweet.
Good question. I bought a cheap tube call at bps. I always wanted to learnto gobble on one. Ive got it down pretty well. Now I'm looking to get a good one. Can anyone reccomend a tube that is specifically good for gobbling. I've seen some long ones on Midwest website. I was thinking they may be better for gobbling.
Hook's Slayer Tube Call. Thing sounds awesome!
For gobbling, I prefer non-baffled a little larger diameter and longer makes a deeper gobble.

I agree. No baffle, a little longer, makes for a better gobbling tube call.

Although Mr. Kenny Morgan passed away, his tubes are still available. I just ordered 3 about a month ago thinking I might not be able to buy more in the future. They're available through his website and took about 2 weeks to come in.
Thanks guys
