Title: Season in Review
Post by: I-55Bandit on May 07, 2012, 10:11:23 AM
What an awesome season I have had! I started out opening weekn in GA and got my first out of state bird. The had 2 doubles in Missouri with good friends to tag out. Between hunting with friends, taking kids during youth season, and my birds, I watched 9 birds die. To top it all off my 12 year old cousin from Georgia called in a gobbler by himself last weekend and shot it in the face! And he was using the call I got him!

Same birds that we called in for his sone during the youth season. They came up and saw bmobile and skirted us at 35 where he couldn't shoot. They put on just as good of a gobbling show for us as they did for him. Probably 300 gobbles in 2 hours. Abruptly ended with some hevi shot to the beaks  :z-guntootsmiley:
