Title: Fillet a Turkey?

Made this one out of an Old Disston Hand saw .... it measures 12" with a 7" blade, sharpened it with a diamond sharpener then followed up with ceramic, counting on using it to fillet my turkey .....red acrylic handles with carved log effects, going to brass the smaller holes.
