I hunted some family land this mornin, heard 4, went to the closest and couldn't do much with him. Got on another about 7:45 and stayed with him till 10:20. Finally got inside his safety zone and he began to cut my call and come to about 75yds, I never saw him, then he would drift out to about 150yds and still he would cut the call....did this twice....I thought I had him both times that he came close, but he must have long spurs and wanted me to come to him. Del is comin up to hunt with me Sun am, we are goin to try the old double team on him with the shooter out about 50 or 60yds from the caller. I'm thinkin he's a good one!! Any advice is welcome!!

If he does that again. Wait until he moves off 150 yards and get up and move 50 yards closer and let your partner call him back. He'll be dead before he gets to his safe zone. Good luck,
