Don't be fooled by the the "Dak0ta" in the products name ! - Its made in the Peoples Republic of China !

I consider my self a nice person and helpful to people ,that includes companies - I am grateful to live in the greatest country and democracy that has ever existed - Some of you may know that when I started OldGobbler.com I did so with the intent of assisting people like you , who are just like me - I got tired of big box stores ramming Chinese made crap on the masses - There was no venue for people like us to sell American product . People like me and you  who pay taxes , raise a family and bust their butts their whole life just so they can relax one day or possibly get a hunt in here or there while we are on this level -  Many callmakers/businessmen who didn't have access to network with other turkey hunters prior to OG , now enjoy the concept of OG and utilize its "town waterwell " to sell AMERICAN MADE products

I was  long tired of sitting back and watching things decay , I went and did something about it ! I made OG , but I didnt make it for someone to hack someone else's piece of the American pie , and try and put them up on blocks - The same folks that have forced themselves into the waterfowl decoy business with junk Chinese decoys that they can afford to sell at slashed prices have been trying to repeat the same process in the Turkey Hunting business , trying I said cause I am happy to say the product is inferior by a long shot , and the public knows it -

There is about half a dozen copy cat disposable turkey decoy companies prancing about the world , that were not there or not even involved with turkey hunting business whatsoever  just 2 years ago , all doing their fancy dolled up videos and hunting shows , with quack wannabee prostaffers plugging the junk like its OXY Clean , there is no shortage of flakes that will sellout in the hunting business these days  - They are doing their very best to act , look , and pretend to be the real thing - But in reality the product is vastly inferior , and disposable and they are sellouts to a American system that put them there in the first place  -

I will add that at a time when people are bickering about politics like what tax bracket this person is in and that person is in , that the people in china pay ZERO taxes and contribute nothing to the US in this manner , In fact they are very good at selling the latest fiber optic SAM systems to the IRAN , and using their veto in the UN to great affect on the subject of IRAN's nuclear ambitions -to undermine the worlds best interests - They oppress free speech and jail millions,  Tibet anyone?

Unfair trade laws and unsavory business practices ....like flagrantly stealing someones intellectual property or concept and shipping it to the Peoples Republic of China has led us to the situation we are today....  10% unemployment , people loosing homes , etc...  greedy businessmen and corrupt politicians have got us into the situation we are in today  . This "Dak0ta" decoy is perhaps the 3rd or 4th company to try and copy the DSD jake - it will resoundingly do a face plant like the others that failed before

I thought  I would lend you my thoughts on the subject rather than give you another chest beating Go USA post - next time you reach for a product flip it over and look at the manufacturer tags and think about how our great country is being undermined one transaction at a time

best regards--Shannon

That's all I needed to know!  I randomly ran across this decoy and thought I would get some opinions/knowledge about it.

If I am going to spend $99 on a jake, I'll spend a bit more  for a DSD.
