I have a slug barrel for a 835 and a 28 inch ported barrel. I have to cut one up and need advice from yall. I have never seen but this slug barrel. Was thinking it may be some thing to keep.

Both are listed on the Mossberg site as available and both cost the same to replace.

Mossy sells two combos for the 835, Turkey/Deer and the Turkey/Duck-Goose Combo. Turkey/Deer comes with 24" Turkey barrel and the Slug Barrel. The Turkey/Duck combo comes with the 28" ported barrel. I have the latter.

I have the 835 deer/turkey combo in Mossy Oak Breakup still in the box, never been shot, got 2 1187's that i turkey hunt with and the 835 would make somebody a good dual purpose gun, they do look good
