Title: Turkey Hunting after this Noreaster
Post by: BucksandDucks on April 23, 2012, 03:56:25 PM
Wanted to know if this recent noreaster and change is weather is going to screw up the Turkeys. I want to hunt them but it's been overcast and very rainy and cold and cloudy. I don't know what to do. wait for the next nice day or give her a shot in the rain. Happy hunting...

If your off work and it's not storming, go. We had bad weather Friday night and hunting was slow Saturday, but I got lucky and killed one.

cant kill em from the couch.  It's always a learning experience. you may not kill this time out, but you will probably learn something and better your odds for next time crappy weather strikes. I'd go.

reguardless you gotta hunt. They live out there so they have to be somewhere.
