This was the best pic with the strutters, but I stopped counting turkeys in this field today at 220 in the field at one time.... :toothy12:

It would be pretty tough to call an old gobbler away from 215 hens. But man, I sure would love to see something like that someday.

It aint that good everywhere here....but I am very fortunate to have stumbled across this property. It looks like that everytime I go there. Come on Spring!!!

WOW! That's Awesome!!
Is my invite to come hunt when my sister in-law moves, still good? This will be spring of 2012. ;D
That is incredible! I have never seen that many birds at one time. One question, will those birds disperse as spring comes?
Sugarray...Come on. We can work out 2012., and yes my suspension is they will disperse. But I cant help but believe that some of the 30+ gobblers I saw in 1 group the other day will stick around ;D
I aint greedy...I only want a couple :z-guntootsmiley:
I wonder how far they disperse when they start heading off for nesting?
nice pic, looks like a spot where i hunt thats loaded with birds that are in picked corn fields.won't be long before they disperse.
very nice!!
Most i counted in kentucky on my dads farm 5 years ago in the fall were 203 birds in a single file line going from a slew to a corn field.I only counted 10 gobblers and 28 jakes and the rest were hens :o :o. I havent duplicated that since.
It's not like that in this part of Tennessee.
