That will kill birds for sure. If you would got to hevi #6s or #7s, you're #s would go up. That's the benefit to hevis, smaller shot, more energy, more pellets down range. even if you stay with the 5s, you're gonna kill with that pattern.
I did another thread. Got 173 in #7's with a dirty barrel.
I never had any luck with hevi 5. If they shoot good they should really hit hard.
Yeah the 5's went through 3/8" ply at 40 yards. Yikes.

I would stick with the 7s.
You will like how hard the fives hit. I have used #5's for years. :icon_thumright:
