Finally got a chance to catch a breath between work and grad school. Have only been able to go four times this year but have managed to kill two good birds. This has been a good season considering how busy I have been. May try to go one last time this weekend. First bird was killed on March 25 10in. beard, 1 1/4in. spurs, 19.5lbs. Second bird was killed on April 14 pretty standard two-year old 10in. beard, 3/4in. spurs, 16-17lbs.
