Title: 10 yr old Got R Done

My 10 yr old boy killed his first gobbler yesterday here in Utah. A jake and this tom were roosted behind our set up. They were both gobbling at our hen calls before flying down. The weather was snow up untill we started hiking in. The birds came into about 30 yards and hung up behind us. I had my boy slide out of his chair and take aim off of the back rest. He made a great shot. The rest is history.Good job son, Im proud of you.

Thanks guys for all the replies. He was way excited after the shot and said to me, Now I can show my kids in my class that I killed a turkey. He says hes a man now that he has killed his first gobbler. Thanks, again guys.
