Afraid I was going to eat a serving of Tag Soup, but one of these guys helped close out my season today for me. Still have a chance to call some up for my son though. First bird had 3/4 in spurs, and 9 1/2 in beard. Second bird had one 1 1/4 in spur, and one 13/16 in spur with a 10 1/2 in beard(there was one strand that measured 11 in, but I udually don't count it as a 11 in beard if it is only one out of a bunch).
Congrats on a great season! Nice lookin birds there.
Congratulations on tagging out. Fine looking birds! What Parish are you hunting in?

Congrats on a great season. :icon_thumright: I believe to measure a beard's length you measure the longest strand (according to NWTF rules). :happy0064:
