Newbie here. What a wonderful resource this board is for the new guys. Have a quick question for the regulars:
How is the customer service with Hooks? Everyone on here raves about their quality, so I ordered an Assassin Glass on Friday. I noticed they were on vacation this week, so I was thrilled when it shipped Saturday(time to practice before PA season opens). It arrived today(very fast). I had an issue with my order, however, and hoping these guys are easy to deal with. I dropped them an email and left a voice mail. Expect to catch them after vacation.
