hey fellas , ive been searching for mounts to put on a winchester 120 / same as a 1200. ive read about the saddle mounts not being that great for this model because there is only one trigger assembly pin in the frame , and the other part in the front kind of saddles in front of the trigger assembly . people were saying there is alot of play in that particular mount on this gun . the only other one i have seen is a universal cantileiver rib mount from b square or sun optics . does anybody know if this mounting system is reliable? it seems to mount pretty sturdy but ive never fooled with one . if anybody knows please share your opinions . thanks , shawn
I would go with drill and tap for a scope mount.
