I am working on the fan of the bird from the mentor hunt and have a question. The ends of the feathers look bad. They are not nice and round but thin looking and are sticking out like little spikes. How do I get the feathers to fill out and look nice and round? I washed the tips of the feathers and got a lot of dirt out and dried them with a fan.
Try gently brushing with a paintbrush.
you can use a toothbrush too....
