Title: Productive day (hopefully) in the turkey woods....
Post by: Singlebarrel on February 24, 2011, 10:47:40 PM
Spent the day looking at a new property with WarEagle99 & tnlowcrawler.  7000 acres in NE Alabama that looks to be LOADED with turks.  Hopefully we'l lfind out tomorrow that we're going to be able to hunt / guide on it.  The BEST part is, if we get this property, we'll get to start 2 weeks earlier than here in Tennessee!!!   :z-guntootsmiley: :z-guntootsmiley:

Me too, but the farms I might have access to are up around Athens, which is Lincoln county (maybe) and I read where they don't start until Tn opens.

Check the county, and special restrictions Singlebarrel.

Thanks for looking out for us buddy - no this is a little further East in St. Clair County.  Things are looking good - should know for sure today!   :icon_thumright:
