Long time reader, first time poster. My wife is forcing my hand to thin down my turkey call collection. I have a James Harrison Hoot'n Stick he made for me back in 2009 -- it is signed and dated (pics to follow). I believe this wood was Spalted Maple but someone can correct me if that is wrong. This is an absolutely beautiful piece -- it has been in a display cabinet for the last three years and never in the woods.
