Well its off to work tomorrow and heading home to get all the gear and kids ready, plus picking up my gun......Than Its time to set the gps for Lake Sonoma. Turkeys are pretty thick in the area and Im really excited to hunt. The only downer is that it should be raining on opening day there but sunday should be nice and sunny. I'll head home on monday morning and back out to help my girls little bro and dad at Cosumes River ecological reserve on weds. Than on saturday I have to head back myself and the nephew to the same area for some more turkey action. Than the following thursday and firday its time for more turkey action with the old man and a few friends in Santa Barbara for a guided hunt there. Man oh man its gonna be a busy and fun time :turkey2:
Good luck this weekend, I am working both Sat/Sun... :help:
I didn't get drawn any where but will be out on some public land come Monday morning :icon_thumright:
I don't know anything about Cali turkeys, but you seem excited, so best of luck to you!!!
Good luck you should do good. Hopefully we wont have any rain until later in the day.

Good luck Juan. I've heard great things about Lake Sonoma. As you said the forecast doesn't look good for Saturday but Sunday should be nice. We want pictures.
I got drawn for Spenceville on Sa 4/7 and was excited to finally get a DFG draw. But my son didn't get into his #1 college choice so I now need to help him check colleges he did get into the next two weekends instead. My turkey season is in disarray but it should be some good quality time with my son.
I'm hoping to get out to Cache Creek this Sunday with my brother in law.
Good luck man, I will probably be scouting on opening day for my disabled hunter the following weekend!!!
God Bless
