you should try the ol 12 pack trick again!
pretty sure it is leased property. if you have ever heard of Blind Turtle blinds. the are manufactured close to me. and anywhere you see one set up seems like they have it leased. and there is one set up there. lol. i wont swear to it and didnt have time to ask around but i will check it out further
