Title: Mossberg 835 factory choke tube and Hevishot 13

I just bought the 835 Tactical, is Hevishot okay to use with the factory turkey tube? I was curious because of the Hevishot composition. Thanks!

What choke is it?  I believe they make 2 different ones for the 835 tukey guns.  Mine came with the .695 x-factor.  I don't think it is recommended but it is not stamped on it.   Not sure if you really "can" though.

I was bored today and called Mossberg. Like another poster mentioned they said no problem, blast away.:D

Try 3 1/2 Win #6. Shoots great out of stock mossberg choke, it is a .695 by the way

I have the Tactical Turkey 535 with the factory choke and it patterns great with Hevi #7s. It shot pretty good with the magnum blends, I just like the straight 7's denser pattern better. Performed well last year.
