Im used to shooting 3" #6 out of my 1300 but since Im ordering them I don't know whether to go up to 3 1/2" since Im adding a sims pad to my supernova or keep it at 3".
Should i order all one size like no. 6 or no.7 or just get one box since I will only use one size after I find out which to go with after patterning?
This shooting thing can be a real headache. I know that i should shoot many shells but I'm traveling 2 hrs to get the Hevi 13 on a trip for my B-day and really don't want to get a bunch of shells I won't use.
BTW, i have a jellyhead .655.
If you can find the 7's, I would give them a shot, they seem to shoot pretty good for most people. Dont forget about the Hevi Shot rebate. You can get 5.00 back for a box or 10.00 for two boxes.
That choke should pattern well with 6s or 7s.
I have a JH in a 3 1/2" gun; but I shoot 3" out of it and it patterns both 6s and 7s well in the 2oz loads.
