At $35-$45/ box, I'm trying to minimize my patterning w/ the Hevi-Shot Dead Coyote loads both 3" and 31/2". I've got a box full of Invector and Invector + tubes and would appreciate any feedback on tube design ie. ported/non-ported, constriction/i.d., which works well w/ the loads.
There are quite a few tubes designed just to shoot DC.
I try your factory Mod first and decide if you need/want more choke than that.

Those shells can be shot through turkey chokes (cast shot) and that's what most people I know use with them. The most popular choke for the Invector+ barrels has been the Wright's #2 with a .660 exit diameter. It's made from ETD-150PH steel, rated for all types of lead and tungsten-based shot, has a crowned muzzle, a 1.3" parallel section and is non-ported. Judging from the word of mouth sales of that choke tube, it has a lot of satisfied customers.
Thanks,
Clark
I use a Carlson's Dead Coyote Choke in both my Mossberg 835 and Benelli SBE 2 when shooting the DC shotshells. I can kill a coyote/fox out to about 50yds

Nice predator setups there beagler.
I'd say that combination works very well indeed.
