Title: failure to fire!!!!

had my first ever failure to fire with hevi shot this morning :angry9: im just glad i wasnt shooting at a turkey.it was a hevi 7 20 ga from one of last years lots. the primer was dented so i took it apart and could find no reason for it not to have went bang ??? hope none of the others do it when my son has ole long spurs in his sights this coming weekend :cross2:

Contact the company ASAP and let them know. Personally i would not bother with the rest of that box.

Did you try more than one round ? Is the bolt (firing pin) good and clean?Was the bolt fully closed. Had a friend that was very particular when closing his bolt so as to not make any excess noise. He didn't close it fully and it didn't fire.

primer was dented as much as the other two i had fired from the same box,it just didnt go bang,put in the next one and no problems,fired as normal
