Title: POI help needed.
Post by: Ocoee Ridge Runner on March 18, 2012, 08:18:31 PM
I just got back from the range trying to pattern my SX3 with an IC .675 and hevi-13 3.5/2.25/6 and my results are not so good. I took the advice from a previous post on how to pattern correctly and the highest number at 40 yards was 164, but my POI is all over the place. Most shots were hitting left and low but some were dead on. What do you guys think, is it the gun, choke, or is it me?

What kind of rest were you using? Wasn't windy was it?

Sitting on the ground with my knee as a rest. No wind at all. Gun seems to fit great just can have any consistency. Majority of impact is left and low and then an occassional dead center.
