My son got his first bird today! Louisiana Youth Hunt 3-17-2012 !

1" spurs 8 1/2" beard 20lbs

Thanks for the prayers I asked for couple weeks ago! My daughter at this time is still hunting. This morning she had 3 gobbling and everytime one would gobble she would laugh. I had to tell her to stop laughing, LOL. She is still at it I hope she gets on another bird! My fingers are crossed.

Thanks guys!!! O well my daughter finished her hunt at dark. Im so proud of her. She had a friend wanting her to spend the night, but she didnt want to give up. That afternoon 2 gobblers can close to her. My buddy got them to gobble one time. I think she likes turkey hunting. I asked her does she want to go back in couple weeks, sure !!!!
