I know most of you are not able to see and hear turkeys on a daily basis like I am. So I decided to take a little video of some turkey purring and the infamous Whine. Hope you like it. Sorry I can't go out there without calling.

Cool Jake. His gobble isn't quite there yet bit he is getting in some practice.  I wonder if they shake their head to make their Snood longer and hand futher. 

Thought of a good team name.. Tennessee Snood Busters.

Great video Joe,But I didnt hear a whine like mine do. But what you might think is a whine is more like a moan,but than again Im just going off of what i hear my turkeys do. Plus have you heard their panic call. Its like a really really fast whistle.

That's pretty cool, had to turn up the volume to hear the purrs and your calling with that jake gobbling scaired me and my Rottwieler,,just so funny.

Very cool video.  Thanks for sharing.  Is that one of the diaphragm calls that you make yourself?  I really like the sound of it, a lot.

Yes it is one of my own calls. I call it the Tominator. I call in 90% of my turkeys with it every year.
