Title: A long, a short, and a scratch box.
Post by: C_W on March 16, 2012, 03:02:04 PM
A set of calls headed to a banquet tomorrow night! Walnut over butternut long box, short box and a matching scratch box. Turkey track inlays on the shorty and scratch.

I'll take a few better pictures when I get a chance.

Does walnut/butternut have a relatively lower pitch, more rasp sound than say purpleheart over poplar or cedar?
