If you posted on YouTube or Vimeo, etc. You just need to cut the URL from your browser and paste it into a thread. Very simple. (revision I see what you mean, you can't read the words on the buttons) You go to the button on the far right and click on it. You then paste the url link in the window and hot "enter"
