 :jackson: Anyone else working out to get in hunting shape or don't you young bucks need to? I haven't been hitting the Gym as much as I'd like to, but have really been watching what I eat. From here the weight ain't coming off easily, so a lot more gym work is going to be required. I'd like to get under 190 by hunting time is my goal. Today, the ladies were just FINE there, and if every day was like that, I wouldn't miss a day. Just WOW! I may be old, but if you don't appreciate seeing what I saw today, you are just plain dead.

I am trying to get consistently on the treadmill.  It is so boring.  I did get in 20 mins at 7% incline last night and now my right calf is tight.  Will get on in the morning, hopefully I can get out of bed a 6.  Need to start.  Once season gets here, I am up at 4 every day.

Ya I havent been training whats so ever. I kinda still have my lungs tho,I took a nice run of about 10 miles a few days ago. Now Im paying for it tho. Since I havent been running cuz of my feet. Now its hard to get out of bed,My feet are just to jacked up to run like that anymore. Makes me sad.  :-\

I've been doing the Insanity workout since the beginning of the New Year.  I feel great and in the best shape I've been in for a while.  My weight has stayed about the same (wasn't an issue anyway) but my body has definitely changed.  I'll be hittin' the woods this spring as a lean mean turkey huntin' machine.

I'm too busy here on OG too workout. I'm on a Entimens and cofee diet right now never felt better.  :TooFunny:
The last time I was 190 was when I was a senior in H.S. Jay you musta been in full strut when you wer in the gym

I seem to get my work out at work, climbing ladders and stairs.
I do try to take a long hike every weekend with the dog and lately it has been with the snowshoes.
The milk and girl scout cookies are my downfall

This is the first year I'm not in great shape. I just graduated in December and now work for IBM and sit on my but all day. Did some scouting yesterday through the hills and only had to stop a few times lol.

Getten up before 5am to go peddle a bike for 40 minutes 6 days a week really is NOT enjoyable. Wasn't for Hunting I'd weigh 300 and be cleaning  the doughnut shop out on a regular basis. Looks like I've knocked off the easy fat, because I'm locked in at 194-95. 3 weeks to go to hunt Florida in 80 degree weather. That's going to be a shock to my body.
