What choke would you guys recommend for a 20 ga Rem 1187 youth model with Hevi 7's?

With Hevi 7's... Truglo SSX .550, Pure Gold .570 or Indian Creek .555

Same gun with mag blends and Indian Creek .555 yielded 145 in 10 @ 40.

Truglo .550=106 everything the same except choke.

Truglo .550 with Federal HW 7s=188 10@40 in same gun.
