I just bought an ol Tom time and motion waterproof jacket/vest from wing supply last week. That thing is awesome. The sleeves unzip and it turns into a vest. It does not have a seat but does have a spine pad. I'll just take my seat off my ol Tom vest and use it on that when it's raining. It's got plenty, though not a ton, of call pockets. I don't believe they make them anymore. Wing supply had them on sale from $150 to $89.95. You may be able to find them elsewhere. It's a bit on the heavy side but perfect for that stormy morning when the sun pops out after the rain.

Spray your vest down like you would a tent without calls in it
